Welcome to Andy Callow Associates, set up to help you and your organisation develop positive outcomes for you and the people your support. As an experienced nurse and manager I can offer you a positive, safe service, whether its enabling people to move out of hospital, a complex issue with someone you support or a more strategic approach to cultural change, we can help.

We work with a wide range of organisations on individual commissions including NHSE CCGs, local providers and LAs that need help -organisationally or on an individual level.

The skills, experience and knowledge we bring will challenge your care and support approaches, create and promote good practice and bring about positive change.

The company is led by Andy Callow, Learning Disability Nurse (RNMH, Dip N, BSc Hons, PGCert in LD, PGCert in Managing Health Services)  and draws on number of trusted colleagues and specialists that will be able to meet all your needs.
